1. Introduction

2. Services
2.1 The Company agrees to provide graphic design Services as outlined and agreed upon with the Client. Any changes or additional work requested by the Client may incur extra charges, subject to mutual agreement.
3. Payment

3.2 All payments shall be made in USD for outside India and INR within India in advance and of receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The Company retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in all original works created during the provision of Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.2 Upon full payment, the Company grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose outlined in the project scope.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within [Number] days of receiving written notice of the breach.
