Shipping and Delivery

  1. Delivery Method: Design Shopee will deliver all completed graphic design work electronically via email or through any other agreed-upon digital communication method.
  2. Delivery Time frame: The estimated delivery time frame for each project will be communicated to the Client during the project initiation phase. Design Shopee will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed-upon time frame but does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
  3. Delivery Format: The final deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon file format(s), such as PDF, PNG, JPEG, CDR, AI, PSD, etc., as specified in the project scope and discussed with the Client.
  4. Review and Approval: Upon delivery, the Client is responsible for reviewing the deliverables promptly and notifying Design Shopee of any necessary revisions or modifications within the agreed-upon revision rounds.
  5. Revision Rounds: Design Shopee will provide a specific number of revision rounds as agreed upon in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon rounds may be subject to additional charges.
  6. Client Responsibilities: The Client must ensure that the delivery email address or digital communication channel provided is accurate and accessible. The Client is responsible for promptly notifying Design Shopee of any changes to contact information that may affect delivery.
  7. Non-Delivery: In rare circumstances beyond the Design Shopee’s control, such as technical issues or force majeure events, delivery may be delayed. Design Shopee will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly and notify the Client of any delays.
  8. Ownership and License: Upon full payment, the Client will receive ownership and a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended purposes as outlined in the project scope.
  9. Confidentiality: All digital deliveries and communications between Design Shopee and the Client shall be treated as confidential, as outlined in the Confidentiality clause of the main Terms and Conditions agreement.
  10. Acceptance of Delivery: The Client acknowledges receipt of digital deliverables upon successful delivery to the specified email address or digital communication channel. Any issues or concerns regarding the deliverables must be communicated to Design Shopee promptly.
  11. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes related to delivery or the quality of deliverables, the Dispute Resolution clause of the main Terms and Conditions agreement shall apply.

By engaging Design Shopee’s graphic design services, the Client agrees to abide by these Shipping and Delivery Terms as part of the overall contractual agreement.
